  • Director of Administration

    Elena Laspoña

    Elena is the Director of Administration at the Al Qasimi Foundation and has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and logistics. Before joining the Foundation, she worked as an accountant in Aden City, Republic of Yemen. In the Philippines, Elena worked as import/exporter-in-charge with an international exporter and large shipbuilding company. Elena holds an Accountancy BS from the University of the Visayas, Philippines. She also received a certificate as a Non-Profit Accounting Professional from Fiscal Management Associates, LLC.

  • Senior Accountant

    Luz Cervantes

    Luz serves as the Al Qasimi Foundation’s Senior Accountant. She has more than two decades of experience in accounting and finance. Luz worked as a Finance Manager with a business consultancy firm in Dubai before joining the Foundation. She holds an MA in Management for Executives and a BS in Accounting from University of San Jose-Recoletos in Cebu, Philippines.

  • Human Resources Officer

    Katrina Gomez

    Katrina holds the position of Human Resources Officer at the Al Qasimi Foundation. She is responsible for managing HR processes and providing administrative services. Prior to her work at the Foundation, Katrina worked as an administrative assistant with a German manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah and as an Executive Secretary and Document Controller with a construction firm. She holds a Computer Science BS from Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in the Philippines and was awarded a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice (QCF) by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

  • Administrative Coordinator/ Accounting Clerk

    Jessielyn Aduana

    Jessielyn serves as an Administrative Coordinator and Accounting Clerk at the Al Qasimi Foundation. She previously worked for five years in various secretarial, human resources, accounting, and administrative positions in Ras Al Khaimah. Jessielyn holds a Business Administration and Marketing BS from Polytechnic University, Philippines. In addition to her expert clerical skills, she also enjoys assisting with events.

  • Administrative Assistant

    Ayesha Al Shehhi

    Ayesha joined the Al Qasimi Foundation as an Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for assisting the Administrative Coordinator and Assistant to Executive Director in reception by providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support. Ayesha previously worked as a Social Studies Teacher in several Ras Al Khaimah public schools and has volunteered at the Ras Al Khaimah National Museum and Ras Al Khaimah Fine Arts Festival. She holds a History and Archaeology BA with a minor in Fine Arts from United Arab Emirates University.

  • Purchasing Officer

    Shaju Maelepuram

    Shaju is the Al Qasimi Foundation’s Purchasing Officer. He is responsible for conducting market research, leading procurement projects, arranging staff necessities, and overseeing administrative and IT processes. He previously worked at the Foundation as an Office Assistant. He brings more than 16 years of international experience and knowledge gained from working for agencies in India and Dubai.

  • Information Technology Support

    Ibrahim Adefila

    Ibrahim serves the Al Qasimi Foundation as the Information Technology Support. He is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s IT applications and infrastructure, physical and information security, and office automation tools. He holds an Information Technology and Business Information Systems BS from Middlesex University, United Kingdom. He also has an MBA from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom, an Applied Accounting BS from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Worldwide. Beyond his formal studies, Ibrahim has participated in various software competitions, including the Gulf Programming Contest, and won first place in the 2012 UAE National Software Development Trade Show.

  • Administrative Coordinator

    Glaiza Flores

    Glaiza is an Administrative Coordinator at the Al Qasimi Foundation. She provides a professional front office service to guests and callers of the Foundation and supports a variety of projects with her creative skills. Glaiza holds a Biology BS from Bicol University, Philippines and has completed a Professional Secretarial and Administration Skills training course in Dubai.

  • Senior Guest Relation Officer

    Saji George

    Saji serves as the Al Qasimi Foundation’s Senior Guest Relation Officer. He is responsible for guest pick-ups and drop-offs, vehicle management and maintenance, and support in purchasing materials for the office. Saji also offers employee and guest support during Foundation events. He brings 24 years of professional driving experience to the Foundation.

  • Office Supervisor

    Mohammed Haneefa

    Mohammed joined the Al Qasimi Foundation as the Office Supervisor. He is responsible for office supply and administration, facilities maintenance, catering, and guest care. Before joining the Foundation, he worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a Ras Al Khaimah hotel for eight years. Mohammed has completed a certificate of training for Basic Management at Zabeel Institute in Ras Al Khaimah.

  • Office Assistant

    Raj Vengatesan

    Raj holds the position of Office Assistant at the Al Qasimi Foundation. He is responsible for facilities management, technology support, and catering. He has more than three years of experience in general maintenance at a leading cleaning service provider in the UAE.

  • Driver/Maintenance

    Crisante Calditera

    Crisante serves the Foundation as a Driver and Maintenance Assistant. His is responsible for providing transportation support to staff and guests, ensuring the proper maintenance of the Foundation's vehicles, offices, and accommodations, and aiding the Administration Department. Crisante brings 19 years of professional driving experience and six years of building maintenance experience to the Foundation team.

  • Office Assistant

    Helal Foyezullah

    Helal works at the Al Qasimi Foundation as an Office Assistant. He is responsible for the maintenance of the Foundation’s grounds and for assisting with hospitality duties. Helal brings more than nine years of experience in landscaping and general maintenance in the UAE to the Foundation.

  • Administrative Assistant

    Saturn Villamor

    Saturnina joined the Al Qasimi Foundation as an Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for supporting reception, maintenance, and office administration. Prior to her work at the Foundation, Saturnina worked in the Philippines as an Enumerator. She holds a Business and Commerce BS from Commerce University of the Visayas, Philippines.
