STAGES OF WRITING DEVELOPMENT
Description & Application
This 6 week course will be taught using a task based approach focusing specifically on how to develop writing skills.Through a series of activities, games, discussion, readings and school-based homework assignments.
Participants will be able to:
- Understand the stages of writing development and develop communicative activities suitable for each stage.
- Identify and practice strategies for different learning styles.
- Promote writing creativity with picture prompts/audio visuals/current global issues.
Use authentic material to enhance writing skills
